Please refer to the provisions of the present Rules before using these services and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. Aclub reserves the right to change the Rules without prior notice. The new Rules will come into effect from the posting date on Aclub’s web site.

These pages, its content and infrastructure, the online accommodation reservations service provided on them and through the website (the «service») are owned, operated and provided by Aclub Vacations («Aclub», «us», «we») for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. You can book and pay for your hotel via the Internet not later than 72 hours before arrival.

2. Reservations will be considered valid once they have been paid.

3. Cancellation and refund policy. All reservations cancelled or changed 72h or less before the arrival date will be charge at 2 nights.

4. The document certifying the accommodation services between the client and us is your voucher, which you obtain upon booking and payment confirmation.

5. Most prices are expressed in dollars and some in euros.

6. To pay for the booking, you may use any form of payment available on our website (PayPal, wire transfer, cash at airport*).

7. Reservation services is free of charge.

8. Further Correspondence. By completing a booking, you agree to receive a confirmation email and agree we may contact you.

9. Intellectual property rights.

10. Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents, information and materials on our website are owned by Aclub. vacations, it’s suppliers or providers.
